Experienced Lead Guitarist w/Vocals seeking band

My last band folded when COVID-19 hit, and now that the vaccine is available I'm emerging from solo practice at home (keeping chops up), blinking my eyes at the world, and looking to rock :-) In that last project I played lead, sang lead and duets on 20%, and did bunch backing vocals. I'm looking for something similar in a rock cover band setting. About me: - Dad in his 50s, lots of experience in bands, great professional and creative attitude, fast learner. - Into rock from any era including current. - Guitar: Can play mostly anything, but not won't be blowing anyone away with solo speed. Just a solid musical player with a good feel. - Backing vocals: Solid. Lead vocals: Getting there. - Would like to do mostly covers, but I'm fine sprinkling in some originals. - Willing to travel ~30-45 minutes to practice once a week, and gig locally once a month or so. - Want to have fun, maybe make a few new friends, but also have chemistry, sound tight, and live in the groove. - Needs to be a COVID-smart environment, and healthy - no smoking, no drugs, light drinking.
