Funk Band starting up with approach similar to early RCHP but layered with traces of smooth hip hop and R&B influence. We are currently comprised of a drummer and a guitarist with 5 years of playing experience and a level of understanding that makes writing and creating generally pretty effortless and seamless. We are very easy to get along with, and are very motivated to turn this project into something we can continue to grow by playing out as much as possible and pouring a lot of genuine effort into it. We are looking for a bassist who understands the role of funk/hip hop bass, and is technically very proficient at their craft. We have put a lot of time into our instruments, and we hope to find someone with the same level of respect and motivation for theirs. Please get ahold of us if you’re interested in setting up a jam!
