Looking for Part-time handy person that is dependable with a great work ethic. Mostly outside work, cleaning, painting and picking up property daily. Must be self starter and be able to contemplate what comes next. Must own car ad have a valid drivers license. Must be able to use a lawn mower and a weed whacker and be able to clean up after them selves. Must be good at evaluating and doing property repairs correctly.
