My wallet was lost or stolen, my varo bank card gone. My rent is due at oxford house. My unemployment money is sitting in my acct. I cant get to it. The only way i.can is to do a varo to varo transfer with someone and then have them pull it out. I will pay anyone who can help me. Please anyone
