40 gallon tank with 4 fish included

I am pregnant and no longer can take care of this fish tank the way it needs to be taken care of. There are 2 20-40 gallon water pumps on each side, one is brand new bought last week with new filters in them. It has 2 black stripped cichlids, 1 dragon spotted fish, and a algae eel ( which is called a loach). The other 3 fish are very aggressive, I recommend getting the same kind of fish to go in there if you wanted to get more. It comes with 2 big bottles of cichlid food, one pellets one flakes. They like the flakes better. And also have algae tabs for the loach. They are about 12 accessories included. All of them are in there except for the alligator skull. Must pick up. I can notify or pick it up and don’t have a way to deliver. Only serious inquires please.
