During the COVID-19 pandemic, The Magic Cleaner has been providing professional cleaning services to homes and commercial facilities with the goal to create a clean, healthy and orderly environment for our clients. Responsibilities: • Greet and maintain the outmost customer service to each and every client and team member. • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, etc. • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and be aware of any company related practices to combat COVID-19. • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company policy. • Protect equipment, check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate. • Deal with reasonable complaints/request with professionalism and patience. Requirements: • Proven experience as a cleaning specialist or housekeeper. • Ability to work with supervision and maintain a high level of performance. • Working quickly without compromising quality of work. • Customer-oriented and friendly. • Time management skills. • Knowledge of Spanish / English language.
