We are looking for a General Cleaner to help assist in cleaning facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance of properties grounds. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities • Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restroom, windows, laundry room cleaning etc.) • Must lift up to 30lbs • Able to walk stairs • Comfortable to work in the elements • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Skills • Proven working experience as a cleaner • Ability to handle backpack vacuum • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Integrity • Dependable • High school diploma or equivalent
