For many people this time of year is beautiful full of holidays, blossoming flowers and finally shedding the chill of winter. But around this time of year is when rabbits end up in desperate need of help. Many people don’t realize the large commitment (10-12 years) that follows being an owner. After Easter the few rabbit sanctuary that service new England are overflowing. I have 5 rabbits of my own and they are the most amazing, sweet, and intelligent pets I’ve ever owned. I would love to be able to aid anyone in need in the New England area. If you can no longer take care of your bunny, Need Temporary Boarding, or need advice on care, health and housing for your rabbits please contact me. I do understand not everyone has the schedule or time to be able to meet in Rhode Island so if you can not drop off your rabbit i will drive to any of the following states to pick them up for you. (MA,RI,NY,NJ,CT,NH) Unfortunately rabbits not altered yet can not stay together as it can lead to injuries from fighting as well as unwanted litters so the rabbits will not be able to 24 hr free roam. Bonded Rabbit that are brought in will never be separated. When searching for homes they will always go together.
