Job Description Full-time - 1099 Local real estate rental property investor with around 1000 residential units seeking someone that can handle all aspects of maintenance on their units. We are looking for a person who brings a good attitude to work and works well under pressure. We are looking for an organized problem solver that works well in a structured environment. Main Responsibilities: Service our clients at our rental and vacant properties for general maintenance related issues. Qualifications: Must have experience with all aspects of residential construction Must have a good knowledge of residential maintenance and best practices Must have the ability to work with technology to do your job Strong customer service background preferred Organized, Friendly, Caring, Self-Starter, Attention to Detail, Accurate, Upbeat, Has a sense of urgency with regard to deadlines Excellent follow-up and possess a "sense of urgency" to complete assignments Excellent communication and listening skills to provide a positive customer experience Must have own reliable vehicle and own tools to use. This is a 1099 Position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour
