Yard/garden help wanted

We are looking for someone to help us with removing wood, brush, downed trees and also some dirt/garden, small retaining wall work on and off through the spring/summer with the possibility of occasional long term work for a few years as we complete our outdoor projects. We work in decent weather when the soil is reasonably dry. We have someone to haul the brush so we are pulling it out of the woods with a small garden tractor/wagon and are stacking it for removal to the compost facility. We will also be spreading dirt, filling holes in the yard and seeding grass. Other tasks include removing invasive plants/vines, building a few small block retaining walls, some raking and debris removal on the lawn/driveway. We will be working along side our helper/s and we offer breaks with drinks and snacks during the work sessions. There is nothing we will ask our workers to do that we aren't doing ourselves. We work in the morning/early afternoon for 6 hours (8-2pm for example) and pay $100 cash at the end of the session which works out to be $16.67 an hour. It's possible to work several days in a row or in a week with the right weather or not at all during rainy/snowy spells. It's also possible during the really hot months or cold/snow covered winter spells to not work much at all. It's possible to arrange work hours/days somewhat for the right person.
