Foster Homes Needed for Rescued Dogs

SCHNAUZER SAVERS RESCUE in Durham is looking for foster homes in the Greensboro, NC area. We are looking for homes who are available to go to the shelter to pick up a dog we tag & take dogs to the vet when needed and foster them until they are adopted. We usually place small dogs under 30lbs. Rescue pays for all medical and monthly preventatives. Fosters offer their homes and gives these mistreated, misunderstood or unwanted fur babies a place of safety. You teach them how to be loved again, walk them on leash, bathe them when needed (we do pay for grooming) introduce them to new people & places. You provide a crate and food. When rescue list them for adoption, you NEVER have anyone to come to your home. Rescue handles all the applications and adoption contracts. You would meet the adopter with the dog in a public place such as the parking lot at Petsmart where there are cameras. Safety for the foster and the animal is first. You would be a VOLUNTEER, we do not pay people to foster our dogs. IF you are willing to open your heart and home to help save a life, I would love to speak with you. For every foster we have it saves two lives. You foster one and so do I. It's so rewarding to watch our little animals learn to be loved again and feel safe and know they matter and belong to someone. Want you please help us and foster? If you aren't able to foster, you can be a transporter to pickup from the shelter, take other fosters dogs to the vet and bring them back, run errands for us.
