Replace railings on front of house

The railings on the front of our house are rotting and we'd like to replace them and upgrade the look (something like this: ) Also some of the caps on the large posts might need to be replaced. For the woodwork that remains, scraping and painting is likely required. We'd like someone who can do the whole job including painting. See attached photos.
