With the overtime opportunities available, you can earn an up to $60,000-$65,000 a year as a Construction Laborer and up to $85,000 per year as an Excavator Operator! Coalfield Services is searching for Construction Laborers and Excavator Operators. These are travelling positions, so the ideal individuals will be located within 3-4 hours of the Wytheville, VA headquarters. If you have experience in construction work and/or have experience operating a track excavator, they want to hear from you! Some of the benefits to you: Competitive pay – Based on your experience. After 90 days, you will be evaluated based on skill and performance and may receive a pay increase. Opportunities for overtime and higher earnings! – Typical week is minimum of 55 hours, and there is addition overtime if you want it. Saturdays after 40 hrs. are time and a half, and Sundays are double time. Working holidays pays triple time! Several of our field operators are making over $85K a year including their overtime! Benefits – Including medical (company pays 95% of employee premium, 50% of dependent premium), dental, vision, 401k, 9 paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and more. Variety – You will operate construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors. Travel schedule – You will not be gone for months at a time. Typical schedules are 10 days on the road, 4 days at home. This will vary depending on the project. Travel expenses paid – The company pays for your hotel stays as well as $20 per diem for food. You are also paid for your travel time from your home to the job site on day 1, and travel back home after the project is completed.
