Big black pup-Found by valley view schools

Big black puppy. White chest. Is a boy and is definitely a puppy. He is timid but friendly. Looks like he hasnt eaten much. Found him sitting on the corner of the church by valley view schools. He was just sitting there watching the cars go by about 9pm Saturday night. Looking for the owner but if he doesnt have a owner I will need to find a foster home or permanent home.
