Small General contractor in immediate need for a couple of people with experience in residential remodel/renovation work.
Do you have experience in any of the areas of laying manufactured floating floors? Drywall? Painting? Tiling?
That's the typical work.
The immediate work needing to be done is manufactured floating flooring, with stairs. Another is putting vinyl plank flooring on some walls. Also a bathroom tile remodel using Schluter water barrier products.
You don't need experience in all areas.
Must be professional and dependable with an attention to detail and able to work alone.
Typical $20-$30 an hour to good people and experience.
