Painter with equipment needed

I need a ceiling area painted black and a wall painted grey. You can send me a quote for the wall in the photo to paint it grey. It’s cement and it would be hard to pressure wash prior because the room won’t drain well, but it’s pretty solid. Must have your own equipment. You can roll on the grey wall, but not the ceiling. The ceiling will need a spray gun and vent sanded a little too. Thanks
