Warehouse Support Specialist & Runner - Job Description Kris Kringl is looking for a few enthusiastic and reliable individuals to become a part of our seasonal team. We are seeking a result-driven retail Warehouse Support Specialist to be responsible for warehouse support and retail shop “runner” job duties. Warehouse Support Specialist & Runner duties and responsibilities include processing inventory (seasonal gifts and home décor) at the warehouse and supporting sales at the store by delivering back stocked products to Kris Kringl Sales Associates. To be successful as a Warehouse Support Specialist & Runner, you should be organized and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. Please note this job involves going up and down stairs and ladders. Seasonal position - now through January 2022. Hours are full or part time Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (April – September) Must be able to work weekends (October – December), including holidays and festivals. Responsibilities • Completes product shipments by processing, tagging, loading, and stocking inventory at the warehouse and/or shop • Prepares orders by processing requests; pulling inventory; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area • Completes deliveries by loading and unloading van to and from warehouse • Supports inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and noting requests • Provides quality service by following organization standards • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat • Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations • Completes reports by entering required information • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • “Goes the extra mile” to drive sales and is adaptable/ “goes with the flow” • Takes initiative: Shows personal ownership and accountability. Social distancing is encouraged. Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the store. Sales counter is shielded by plastic barriers and sanitization occurs after transactions.
