Description
Looking for an extra pair of hands to help me with building maintenance including but not limited to:
- painting
- general plumbing
- carpentry
- plastering
- flooring
- tiling
- mowing/ leaf pick up
- providing assistance with misc tasks related to the visual appearance and upkeep of the property
Pays approximately $15-$20/hr. depending on work experience.
Must be able to work independently, must have transportation, and conduct self in a professional and appropriate manner. Seeking mostly part time workers.
Own tools a plus.
