Caulking House Exterior - Remove and Apply

I am looking for someone that is EXPERIENCED with Exterior Caulking of a house. My 2 story Aluminum Sided house is in Algonquin, IL. It has old original Caulking from 1988. And, it has newer Caulking from 2013 that was applied incorrectly making a mess in many areas on the Aluminum Siding. My first expectation is that the current Caulk be removed completely, Old and New, without damaging the Aluminum Siding. My second expectation is that the new Caulk be applied perfectly and straight and cleanly. Again, I am looking for an experienced person that has done this before, and, can show me examples of work and references. I am looking for a professional. If you are not, please do not respond.
