Thoughtfully paired beer and cheese event with The Truffle Cheese Shop of Denver! Our first beer and cheese pairing with Truffle Cheese Shop was a great success!! Join us again on Wednesday, April 28 at 6pm for our second pairing! $30 will get you a flight of 4 thoughtfully paired 4 oz beers with 4 different cheese styles and/or meat with accoutrements. Sam from Truffle Cheese and Charlie from Bruz will be here to walk you through the flavor profiles of each pairing as well.
