* SIGN ON CASH BONUS! $100 after 100 hours worked with no lates or call offs! *We are a small production / manufacturing/ assembly and installation shop that works in a variety of products: Window shade screens, Insect screens, Sliding and swinging screen doors, Steel security screen doors, Gates Patio roll down shades. * We are looking for someone that has some related experience or someone that is SERIOUS about learning new skills and a new trade that wants to work for us long term. *You will be trained and expected to use our methods as required for uniformity with our products. *Some shop assembly / fabrication and on-site installation experienced helpful. * Good basic math skills. * Able to read a tape measure. * Handy with drills, chop saws and a variety of standard shop tools. Some grinding and welding skills will be very helpful as well. * You will be cutting the aluminum frame on the chop saw then assembling the frame, then rolling in the rubber spline to hold the screen fabric tight, as shown in the photos. (Please refer to photos). Also assisting with placing the screens on the windows of the homes and businesses, as shown in the photos. * You must have experience with using A - frame and extension ladders. * Assisting with cutting steel tubing, assembly, grinding for screen doors and gates. * We have a fun but respectful shop environment and we need someone who can come in and FIT IN with our group. " *Applicant needs to have a good reliable way to get to work each morning (CAR, TRUCK OR Motorcycle) - (Not on a bus line) We are located in the North West (Deer Valley area). - 21st Ave. and Rose Garden lane. *Our shop business hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. *We are a non smoking facility!
