Found large, old, black male German Shepherd

N. Fairview Ave. near W. Miracle Mi., Tucson AZ

Description

This tired and dehydrated Shepherd showed up between our shed, porch, and manufactured home in NW Tucson 55+ community early this afternoon. No collar or tags. Seems to have back legs and hip problems. Very gentle. No barking. Doesn’t follow commands. May be in pain. Responds to a leash and petting but not commands.
