Property Cleanup, Repair, Remodeling and Maintenance

I am looking for help with a vacant building. It is a historic building in Tacoma that I will turn into small apartments (micro-units). Until the permits come through work will be cleanup, prepping for work once I have the permits, exterior painting and preparing the grounds/landscaping. When the permits come through it will also include, removing a new building that is not historic, remodeling, drywall, installing kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, interior painting and more. The ideal candidate would have some experience in repair, construction, maintenance and landscaping. I am looking for someone dependable, upbeat and reliable. Must have attention to detail and the ability to follow through with projects assigned. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must follow directions and ask questions if unsure. This could be a permanent full-time position for the right person who would stay on a maintenance technician for the apartments and move on to help remodel the next project. My goal is to provide a place people love to work at, while they create a place that people will love it live in.
