Total Pharmacy Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic Golden SEEDS CDC and Total Pharmacy will be hosting a Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 10 am- 2pm at Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church – Fellowship Hall 1101 Rev. C. B. T. Smith St. Dallas, TX 75203. A limited number of Johnson & Johnson vaccinations will be administered.
