Just as the title says. I'm looking to get some painting done mostly all interior with a couple of exterior items. Interior is the entire house, except the bathroom walls. Exterior is the exterior part of the front door, trim around the front door, stairs, stair slats, and hand rail. Exterior must be hand painted and interior is up to you. I want you to supply the interior paint and any other supplies. I will only supply the exterior paint - Ie, outside stairs, slats, and hand rail. So that I know you read this in detail please mention the word "Orange" in your response. You must supply your own tools, equipment, and small items to do the job(eg, patch, primer for spot priming areas, spackle, masking, drops, tape, brushes, pump, etc). The house is a 3 bed 1 bath, about 1100 SQ FT. Walls and ceiling can be the same/similar color as to what's there now. Doors and trim can be some type of white, swiss coffee or similar. The place is a rental so I don't need detail, just for it to look good and last. The items are as follows: - 1 coat of paint - Simple interior prep but exterior areas need TLC. - 1/3 of the house has 11 foot ceilings - Interior - All the rooms(walls, trim, ceilings, doors, closets, pantry area) - Kitchen cabinets (exterior facing doors and drawers, and inner trim - not the inside) - Exterior - stairs, hand rail, door, metal screen door, and slats (This needs the most prep as it's peeling and needs to be scraped and primed, nothing major just basic scraping and priming)(just the area in red - see picture in description) Just to note again, the bathroom walls already have a new coat of paint, but the trim needs to be done. Also the bathroom door needs to be fully painted. If you're interested in providing a bid then please let me know.
