Guided Imagery Meditation
Come shed your anxiety and relax while taking your mind on an adventure! Breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques will be used to put your mind and body at rest. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and will learn techniques to release anxiety and help you fall asleep faster at night.
Participants should wear their most comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (a limited number will be available for use).
Masks, hand washing and social distancing are required, a commercial HEPA filtration system refreshes the air 6x per hour, surfaces are sanitized constantly, and class size is limited to 12 to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
