Rabbit looking for home

Young rabbit wandered into our garage and it seems to be a pet. We have tried to find an owner for it, but aren't having luck and we have a dog that is jonesing for it so cannot keep it. Super cute, black and white. Thinking it's young, maybe 12-16 weeks or so. Seems friendly and well taken care of!
