I have been working in the area for the last year and on Nelson Bar Road. Some tweakers in a green van have a dog that has been tethered on a 6 ft wire to a tree for 4 months straight, day and night. Some days I’ve been working and the dog has no water, food, or shade. There has now recently been goats also tethered to trees on short leashes. The property doesn’t have an address but has a sign up, it’s APN is 058-680-040. It’s on the left side of the road heading to the lake near a bunch of goats. These animals tied up are bait for predators! These animal abusers deserve to be in jail and tied to a tree for months at a time!!! I’ve tried to call and do something about this. Please report this so there can be justice for these animals they should not be in care of! These are disgusting human beings!!!
