Press release from the Town of Natick: April 9, 2021 If residents find any quality issues regarding the Pay-as-you-Through (PAYT) blue bags, please call the Department of Public Works at 508-647-6550 or the bag vendor directly at 800-866-3954. Residents may also email [email protected] to report issues. Defective bags are replaced at no charge and the bag manufacturer is notified. Providing a description of the possible defects and the lot number printed on the side of the bag helps diagnose potential issues more timely. This press release was produced by the Town of Natick.
