An introduction to the practice of yoga. Designed for beginners.
Duration: 90mins. Two time options available: 9AM & 11:00AM
Never stepped on a yoga mat? This is the workshop for you! This workshop is specifically designed for those who have never experienced yoga before or those who are newer to the practice. This workshop will focus on the basic principles of yoga. Students will be introduced to common yoga postures and modifications through step-by-step verbal description, demonstration, and practice. There will be a focus on the connection between breath and movement; as well as, mobility, and flexibility. You will be provided tools to continue your practice at home. You will also receive a gift of $5 off your next visit to the studio.
Please note there are TWO different time options for the same workshop.
Option 1: 9AM-10:30AM
Option 2: 11AM-12:30PM
