Meditation that ignites and tickles the senses
Join us every Saturday Afternoon to calm your mind after a long work week with this special guided sensory meditation. Combining the healing power of silent meditation, Tibetan singing bowls & tingshas, crystal singing bowls, aromatherapy and guided visualization techniques, you will be embraced in a multi-sensory journey that will transport your thoughts from frazzled, to meditative. In this class you will learn about and witness the power of tapping into your senses for mood and nervous system regulation, while being guided into a meditative state. Guests are encouraged to bring a small blanket or shawl for additional comfort. COVID-19 Safety protocols will be exercised.
