Looking for a caregiver for my 50 year old son with disabilities. He is very hard of hearing and has extremely challenged mobility/balance issues. He lives independently in his own studio apartment in Plainview. He needs about 5-6 hours of assistance M-F. Duties would include light housekeeping and cooking, laundry (in building) and occasional errands. He would prefer somewhat of a peer, for socializing (eg assisting with computer, watching tv, conversation). Pay would be coordinated through the Medicaid CDPAP program.
