CBS New York April 10, 2021 There was a messy scene on the East Side of Manhattan early Friday when a car crashed into a scaffolding structure which appeared to collapse onto the street. It happened near East 58th Street and Third Avenue around 4 a.m. The street was closed while crews were cleaning up the mess. Police said the driver was speeding when he crashed.
