Painter needed for a small remodel project in Lafayette, Tennessee. I need the exterior trim/brick mold painted on 18 windows. Some scraping and sanding will be required to remove old paint that is peeling. The house is a split level and highest point can be reached with a 16 ft ladder. Looking for somebody who is clean and detailed and can help us knock this project out. Compensation will be $250 cash when job is complete.
