Description
Looking to have ~45 sq ft upstairs bathroom remodeled. Bathroom will need gutted with all new stuff installed (tub, 3-piece surround, toilet, etc). Exhaust fan and electrical outlet will need to be installed. No tile work, no painting. Prefer to work with a single individual to keep costs down. There is currently tile on bottom half of walls that will need removed; top half of walls should be fine. I will supply roll-off for debris. Please give me an idea of a price as well as photos of previous work.
