I've never in my life posted a negative review about a company or ranted about them in public. But someone may see this and save them the headache. I visited this Spa earlier this week only to encounter one of the worse and most awkward experiences of my life. It's $120 for an hour-long massage which is a bit pricey but I've paid that before thinking well it may be worth it. As soon as the girl walks in she asks "Did she explain how this works?" I replied no. She then explains it's $100 for a hand job she doesn't do anything more. In my head, I was like WTF so I declined and said I only want a massage. I can tell the person was frustrated she began giving me the worst massage I've ever had in my life. Then she asks how long did you book your massage for? I responded an hour. She continued stating she doesn't know why the girl booked me for an hour knowing she has a customer coming in soon. Also, I was supposed to be her client but she doesn't like to deal with Black people. Keep in mind my massage was for 2:00 pm it's only 2:15 pm. At that point, I definitely can't believe the way things have played out. So she leaves the room again for the 3rd time since I've been there when she comes back she states she's sorry but she has another customer coming. So I was like it's cool no problem. In my head, I was like I was about to get up and leave anyway. So of course, I bought up my refund. Now she goes outside of the spa and finds the other woman that booked me. She walks in and asks am I leaving so apparently she didn't even know the situation at hand. I'm already dressed and everything. She states that she would finish the massage for me by then I was mentally done. Besides, I know you don't deal with me based on my skin color so why would I want you to give me a massage at that point. It's 2:18 pm when I'm fully dressed and standing at the register. I've received maybe 10-12 minutes of a massage at the most. She issued me a partial refund I still paid 50.00 dollars for that crazy experience. I take the blame for that because I didn't want to fight or argue I just wanted to be out of that situation
