Any adventurous ladies that might want to go to TN?

I am getting ready to move to the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee. I am looking for farmland to build a cabin and start with livestock and growing vegetables. Hoping to become mostly self sufficient. I will be living on this RV at first while looking for land. Land for the farm and land for spec houses. I am a builder. I have a great plan for a cabin (at least I think it's great!). So, I"m wondering if there might be a lady looking for the same thing. Getting close to nature (and therefore God), looking to hike in the woods and breathe some fresh air. I would also like some help driving (optional) and some companionship for the trip, probably 3 days to get there. I have a spot at Riverview Campground in Jonesborough TN (https://www.riverviewcampground.org). You will have the option to stay with me for a long as you like and get involved in building and farming. Or I will fly you back whenever you want. Thoughts? I'm Dan reliable.as.thesun g male
