Hi. I am looking for a 2 preferably a 3 bedroom apartment, condo, or house to rent. I have 2 boys and one on the way, my fiancé, an American staffordshire terrier, and a kitty that will be coming with me. I have a budget of about $1100 a month for rent costs. I’m looking for something tjat doesn’t require a hefty deposit but I am willing to pay up to the first months rent of a deposit. I will need to see proof that you are the owner of the house/apartment/condo before I give you any money. (because of the obvious scammers out there that have already tried to scam me) I have good income and good rental History. I’m looking to move as soon as possible. Will relocate anywhere but Fremont/downtown/strip. Needs to be kid friendly. I appreciate your time. Please respond via Craigslist.
