The legacy of Deans' cooking, including his famous ham, is carried on by Michael Lipcamon and Lee Millikan. Amos Deans is a scratch kitchen with an acre garden on-site. They try to source as many ingredients as possible from local farms. They offer a variety of catering services, including corporate events, weddings, graduation parties, and more. They even have a food truck, which can be found at local events in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.  "We have a true passion for great food and great service," Michael said.  "We don't take short-cuts and work hard to make sure we know exactly where your food is coming from (probably our garden) and to treat our food and customers with respect."
