Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity 170+ home community. They conduct home/building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. Maintenance Technicians provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents at all times.
Ideal candidate has exposure and familiarity with a variety of trades and can perform minor repairs as well as be involved in large projects.
