Foster Home Wanted for my cat Theo, May-July

I will be doing some traveling May-July and am looking for a nice foster home for my orange tabby cat Theo. Theo is about 3 years old, very social, and a funny personality – he has a dog's spirit. He's very curious and loves to roam around outside (this would probably be a deal breaker). He's great about always coming home on his own, I never worry. He doesn't love to travel, so I think he will happier staying in Santa Barbara, otherwise I would be taking him with me. He loves his home, and will need a few days to adjust, so you would need to be patient with him. He is up to date on all vaccinations and vet care, and I would provide all the supplies, flea care, food, water and toys needed.
