Vocalist looking for band

I'm a vocalist and I like rock and blues and stuff like that. My fav bands are the doors and pearl jam, but just to name a few others I like roy orbison, tom petty, zz top, black sabbath, led zepplin, I mean pretty much music between around the 50s to the 90s or 2000s. Im looking for other people who would want to do music together and get to the point of doing gigs, with the eventual goal of doing it as a profession. If possible, it would be nice to find somebody who isn't working all day, obviously because the goal is to do music as a career, and the ability to meet up as much as possible without having to worry too much about scheduling would be a plus.
