Injured - need help for 1 hour taking things to dumpster

I have a bunch of things I need to take down to the dumpster behind my building but I recently injured my back and I can't pick up anything without dying. I have a bunch of boxes that I have filled with things I want to get rid of, no more than 20 lbs each. It'd probably take less than an hour for somebody to run up and down the stairs and just throw them out for me. I don't know what a fair rate for this is. How about 20 bucks and six pack? Please let me know if this is completely unreasonable.
