Hi If you have a power drill and a step ladder you can do this job for me. It should take about an hour to hour and a half. - Remove blinds from 4 windows - Hang curtain rods for new curtains - Haul away my old blinds because I do not have room for them in my trash bins. Should be a simple job. Please have experience with this kind of task and be able to haul away the blinds when complete. I can pay $60 total. Thank you so much.
