Join me every first Saturday of the month for glute and core workout. This class focus on glute activation ,muscle growth and core strength "To develop a stronger, fuller bum, they say it's important to work the muscles from multiple angles" This class will teach variety of glute training exercise to help increase not only growth but strenght. There will be core exercise variation that increases strength and reduce the risk of various health issues.
