Looking for 2 people or 1. These are vacant properties that need minimal lawn maintenance. I will assign these as they come to me. Responsible,as we need to complete by due dates. ITEMS NEEDED IN ADDITION TO APPROPRIATE TOOLS FOR TASKS: - Cell phone with service for areas covered - Reliable Internet service to receive and submit work orders and photos; (additional Internet access on phone highly advised) All field will be done/uploaded in the field. - Active insurance - Valid driving license - Ready means of transportation with capability to get your own mower. - Ready access to a digital camera, or phone camera, with a flash $15-$20 per hour.
