Morning Yoga: Vinyasa with Crystal Sound Bowls Expect an invigorating sequenced vinyasa class coupled with reflective traditions like pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yin yoga. Experience both foundational postures and creative variations that will strengthen, open, and restore your body and mind. This class includes a gentle warm up and cool down to nourish yourself with a well-rounded experience. Enjoy resting in savasana accompanied by crystal sound bowls. Please bring a yoga mat and water with you. This class is held live at Fairchild at the amphitheater. Please park in the lowlands parking field, which is the spacious parking area surrounded by palms and lakes. See #38 on the map. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to easily locate the area. ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED. MASKS ARE MANDATORY AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled class. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are nonrefundable.
