Rehoming 4 month hound puppy

I’m looking for a new home for my 4 month hound puppy. Unfortunately I’m starting a new job and decided to go back to school simultaneously so I can no longer dedicate as much time to him. Hoping he can go to a great home with an active family that has a yard, kids, or other dogs. Asking for small rehoming fee and for interested applicants to fill out a short questionnaire to make sure it is a good fit. Please contact me via email and I’ll be happy to pass over the link and answer any questions The good: -Up to date on vaccines (proof of health can be provided) -Great with kids, people, and other dogs -Potty trained to go outside -Knows a few basic commands -loves the sun and outdoors The bad: -very distracted outside so still struggles with leash walking and public places -currently in teething phase so is nipping and chewing -still working on being left home alone for longer than an hour -kibble upsets his stomach so currently on a diet of boiled chicken, rice, and sweet potatoes until we can find a food he takes better to
