Looking for land

Wife and I are looking for a farm or raw land, not mountain ground... With water. Will be staying a few nights local off and on while we hunt for our ground. Can use local help with best hotel with a bar too if you would. Any help is appreciated and welcomed. Were in our late 40's but young at heart
