Small job walling off a portion of a living room to create an extra room. In hi-rise condo. Probably about 5 days. I've gotten all the permit filings done and just need to fill in LICENSED contractor to get permit. Must also have WC and gen insurance for job (general insurance can be bought for a month for $80. I will pay for all materials. Needs a door and some electric outlets added. ASAP preferred. Some extra work also possible for right person.
